Katie, keep up the awesome job!!! Your graphs look really good and I'm glad you are incorporating some running with walking and other activities. Adding some weight training will also help with fat burn.
I don't do this much --or want to be that buff--but I do divide my wieght training by body parts per day as is suggested here. There are great suggestions with illustrations. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/mercedes2.htm

Hey Katie,
Way to go with the walking! Good job. And it's really paying off with the weight loss and I bet you feel stronger and healthier.
Also, I noticed you weren't doing the log for diet. I think somewhere in your profile you can customize your logs so that it reflects the point system for weight watchers.

Hi Katie,
I'm glad you are committed to working out and improving your eating. Your progress over the last few days looks great. You've got big goals, but keep up the fitness/nutrition and things will fall into place.
One bit of advice: throw in an "easy day" like your walking in between 2 med/hard days of exercise. And give one complete day each week for rest. I do mine after a really hard day so I can have a recovery day.

Hi Katie,
I'm happy to be a motivator! Can you add to your profile or send me a message so I get an idea of your weight loss and nutrition plans? Also, if you can tell me a little more about your goals it will help me motivate you too!
